Dirty the entire place was dirty pool was disgusting hair everywhere black stuff in the pool just very disappointing left night before checkout

The carpets in the hallway were disgusting, the doors were all marked up and dirty. The room had a huge stain on the couch. There was hair everywhere in the washroom. We entered the room and saw how dirty and smelly it was and immediately checked out and went to another hotel.

To start with the good things, it is close to the outlets and check in and check out were smooth with a nice receptionist. The breakfast was good and the area was clean and neat. The room itself was OK, beds were comfy. But there were issues as well. There was multiple stains on the carpet in the hallway which also wreaked of **** even though the entire hotel is smoke free. The tub and the sink did not drain very well at all and there was green soap residue left on the shelf in the shower shelf (like it was never cleaned out after the last guests). Overall it was a fair price.

We found the room size and the beds very comfortable. It was adequately clean but a lot of cosmetic issues with a hotel this new. There were deep scratches in some walls and missing paint where walls were fixed etc. The refrigerator freezer was frozen over and we could not fit anything inside, Granted it is small. The pool water was murky and had a gray cloudy tint. You could not see the bottom of the pool at all. I was afraid to go in. It may benefit this property to hire a maintenance crew if they currently don't have one, or a better crew if they do.

We have stayed here multiple times as it’s close to the military road outlets and the price is usually pretty good for a night away. We have found that the last few times he have gone, the condition has gone down. Missing baseboards in room, dirty doors around handles and in bathroom covered in drips (high touch surfaces). Breakfast was mediocre. I have some food intolerances and there were no “plain” options that are usually standard. No plain oatmeal, no fruit at all. We go away a lot and this is by far the worst for having any options unless you want overly processed and high carb with added sugars. Coffee was good … Probably last time we will be staying. We will pay a little more for a little more quality.

The comforter was dirty. They didn’t replace the body soap. There was no toothpaste. They didn’t replenish the breakfast items even though breakfast time wasn’t over. They left the previous peoples opened bar soap in the shower.

When we arrived nobody was at the front desk we had to ring a bell everytime we had questions. The internet was not working also the computer provided, the hotel was not clean especially in the lobby. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. But the lady at the front desk was very kind, thanks to her.

The hotel room could use an overall deep clean but the staff and breakfast were friendly and delish!
