This place is horrible check in and they say the pool is closed, then they say my room has bath tub (which I paid for) then doesn't. I told weak A trip.com to refund me they refused. I guess hotels can say they have something they don't and still require you to pay for it. F Trip for not backing the users paying for this garbage. And F Art Nest for trying to dispute charges. You don't have a working pool then tell people. Don't be scamming a$$ viets it's disgusting

Tôi đã trả nghiệm 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời vs gia đình tại khách sạn Artnest. Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình từ bộ phận tiếp đón tới bộ phận nhà hàng rất chuyên nghiệp, món ăn của bếp rất ngon Tôi rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại lần sau
