Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa, Hon Tre Island

Good location with nice beach area, friendly and accommodating staff. Warm welcome with fresh flowers and fruit platter is a pleasant surprise. The hotel still has to figure out something with the buffet at breakfast and dinner when more people stay at the hotel (we stayed 12 nights during Chinese new year) - the quality of food and service must stay consistent as we are paying the same or even extra price for a room and meal during busy time. Coming in the middle of breakfast time to empty plates and bowls is very disappointing. Managers acknowledging the problem and willing to solve it gives hope, as this hotel has great potential. Maybe it’s just our luck, but I’ve never seen housekeeping as frequently as in this hotel in my entire life - they always came either at lunchtime when we are in the room or before dinner when we get ready 😂 Also please inform people at check in and your staff about your room locks - the lock catch and door handle can block itself while the door is still open, so the door won’t close properly before you reopen it. We came to our door wide open after housekeeping once, we also saw many open doors on our floor every single day during our stay.

Was an OK Stay, but just OK. I learned, when I arrived, that this Marriot Hotel is a "rebranded" Vinpearl-Hotel and only for about 2 months under Marriot Management. The Staff was enthusiastic, but generally fairly junior In many aspects, Marriot Hon Tre is not yet up to the 5-star-Level they advertise. The Breakfast Buffet was admittedly nice and plentiful, with choices for every taste. The other F&B offers were not attractive for me, so I usually had lunch and dinners outside (which means an effort to go off the island). I see the potential for this property, which however still has to materialize.

Good staff, good location, clean rooms but something is pretty old

優點：1）早餐豐富，食材新鮮，貼合國人口味；2）沙灘、泳池、景觀符合五星標準。 缺點：1）酒店是有翻新的，空調等部分設施仍顯陳舊；2）house keeping令人咋舌，傍晚回到房間發現浴巾沒換，拖鞋扔到垃圾桶給我撿回來放回原處；3）從前台到後台，服務人員培訓與監督嚴重不到位，且有歧視之嫌。如果有幸酒店的售後看到此留言，請與我聯繫。

房間有點年頭了，但是保養的不錯。服務態度可以，早飯很好，果汁是鮮榨的。另，我們定了酒店接機，結果他們忘了…本來很生氣的，酒店説報銷打的費用。到達後又主動給我們升級了房型，還減去了一個小童的費用 還給了下島到新酒店的專車送…很有誠意😂不過酒店吃飯很貴 建議讓酒店送到碼頭附近吃。

酒店的接待很細心，會主動幫我們提取行李，而且每次見到職員時，他們都笑容滿面。 另外酒店知道我的父母是週年紀念，還為他們準備了蛋糕及佈置，非常貼心。還有酒店的設計很體貼，去完沙灘後，會有沖洗腳的水龍頭，令我可以即時清洗乾淨

酒店位於珍珠島，可以乘坐吊車或酒店安排船隻接送往返酒店，入住目的主要是去主題公園放電，酒店包埋門票，升級獨立別墅有泳池，衛生一般。

可能是2個月前新掛牌的萬豪 各方各麪都不盡如人意 給旅行帶來了很糟糕的體驗。 訂房的時候花錢選的權益10點入住到了沒有房間 酒店説他們也不知道什麼時候能入住 最後讓一點才入住 行李箱運送的也很慢 因為行李箱延遲到了 無法拿到裏面的雨傘 迫不得已找酒店借的雨傘出去玩 雨傘還被大風颳斷了 劃傷了長者的手 酒店還讓賠償 最後攜程幫着找經理投訴才免除 當天下雨天氣很冷還下雨 門鎖還壞了在門口等待很久來修門鎖 並且別墅房型熱水器太小了 根本不夠3個卧室的人洗澡 每個人都衹能洗涼水澡 最後退房時候3個人都發高燒了 酒店方面也沒有給我出實質性的補償 總之這次旅行給我帶來非常不好的體驗 服務設施與價格完全不匹配 希望酒店管理團隊加強管理 優點是：擺渡車很方便 早餐挺不錯的
