Tijdens onze rondreis door Tanzania 2 nachten in dit hotel overnacht. Prima kamer. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Diner bestond de eerste avond uit een buffet. We waren wat aan de late kant dus niet alles was meer aanwezig en werd ook niet bijgevuld. De 2e avond kregen we een menu met diverse keuze gerechten. Dit was prima. Ook het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Kortom een goede keuze als hotel bij een game drive door Ngorongoro.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, friendly staff, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Great access into the Ngorongoro Crater and lovely facilities with the option for additional activities. I would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again! The sunrise views over the crater were outstanding!

Excellent hotel. Food is excellent. The staff is warn, nice and welcoming. The view on the Ngorongoro crater is amazing. Alcool is not included with the room. The price for the beer is equivalent to the one in Canada but the wine is more expensive.

Coming from the Serengeti game drive, it was a pleasure to stay at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, especially enjoying the cozy a**osphere during cooler rain season with rustic firewood ovens and comfortable furnisher with invitation for tea or coffee with exceptional view down to the grater national park. F&B service was pleased with attention to details. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in every aspect. Rooms are need and well maintained with very comfy beddings. We are recommending this hotel for everyone who need a comfort breakaway after or during safari tours. Thank you, Serena team, and keep it up, the welcoming service. Warm Regards Mario & Mela

Relax in a luxury hotel with gorgeous views of the Crater. Rooms on upper floors with balconies have spectacular views. This is an excellent place to stay whether or not you are trekking into the crater during your stay. Excellent Dining is available many seats there also have great views. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

I stayed here for one night for the early morning game drive. The food were delicious especially the Nile fish I had for dinner. I had the best room view, clean room and bathroom. The staff I met at breakfast were great. Thank you for the birthday cake and singing for me.

This hotel is well positioned on the edge of the crater with excellent views. The restaurant was just average in my opinion, as was the box lunch. The staff were fine, but we did not find them overly friendly. I thought the lodge was overpriced for the offering.

Wouaouw ! The view is just amazing. Rooms are perfect. Food is excellent. Location is probably one of the best in Tanzania… But the best part is the staff ! What a team of nice people ! Salma, Halima, Hussein, Silvanus, you made our stay memorable ! Asante Sana & Maisha Marefu ! 😉
