Clean room with good amenities
Reception staff friendly and overall good hotel layout and parking

Clean comfy rooms. Only thing we had102 which was over kitchen area. Ansd yiu could smell the cooking. Next time rooms 111 to 115 please

The location is the main thing - on the moor itself, surrounded by wonderful scenery. Otherwise, the rooms, amenities, food and staff were first class. Would certainly return to it.

Every effort has been put to please and there was attention to detail. Very nice indeed. Just didn't appreciate being charged service charge without consent
