Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My phone call was not answered for wifi code also hotel transportation took forever to get to airport.

Check in was smooth and room was very clean with a modern homey feel. We got there on superbowl day and they had a party upstairs with nachos and wings for sale. Breakfast is so fun to eat on the 9th floor with a great view of the NYC skyline. Very quiet for an industrial area.

First off this hotel was not only clean and new, I loved the friendly staff. Jada stood out the most! She was professional, hospitable, sweet and kind. She gave me the best service. My room was beautiful & clean. I love having the bar on the 9th floor.... anything I needed when it came to service with my room the hotel provided. This hotel was also very close to the airport and I loved the free shuttles back and forth to the airport, I made sure to tip my driver both times. Thank you everyone for making my stay comfortable.

The hotel is very clean perhaps new, however, there was an open exhaust vent on bathroom ceiling. The breakfast was very average and the staff never replaced bread or milk on all four days we stayed even at 8 AM- A TERRIBLE SERVICE - the management needs to correct for any favorable outcome in the future. There is only velvet parking, which is very inconvenient, it’s $20 bucks a night.

It is far from the public transport and staff isn't nice. Breakfasts are mess as no one is paying attention about the availability of food.
