Het ligt heel dicht bij Times Square en je kunt er zo naartoe lopen. De beroemde Madison Square Garden ligt ook vlakbij, dus het is erg handig om NBA-wedstrijden te kijken. Er zijn veel plekken om te eten, drinken en plezier te maken. De kamer is schoon en netjes, hoewel een beetje klein, maar wel erg comfortabel. Ik kan er tot zonsopgang wakker blijven.

Goede locatie. Just in het centrum van Time Square en comfortabel om de metro. Veel voedsel keuzes beneden. Junior Restaurant opent om 7 uur was mijn beste ontbijt keuze. Maar vroeg om tandenborstel en het duurde een paar uur om te leveren.

Over het algemeen was ik tevreden. Maar ik heb online betaald, Nadat ik $ 50 had gestort, werd er bij het uitchecken nog eens $ 350 in rekening gebracht. Ik wil graag dat de aanbetaling van $ 50 en de onterecht afgeschreven $ 350 zo snel mogelijk worden terugbetaald.

Clean and friendly. Right in the heart of Manhattan. Not a fancy place and rooms small but fite the price and certainly the location 100%. If you want super comfort then spend many $$$ more but if you need NY on a budget this is a great small hotel. Shared bathrooms 1 to 3 rooms. Never saw anyone else in them so almost private. Everything is old fashioned but clean and working. Location, location, location.

Zeer mooi en modern hotel op een steenworp afstand van Times Square. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers zijn wat klein voor vier personen. De badkamer is ook wat klein. We hadden moeite om de koffers neer te zetten, maar de rest van de kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Het uitzicht vanuit het raam is spectaculair. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en ik ga er zeker terug.

Disappointed by Poor Coordination Despite Great Location The location is fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I faced major frustration during my stay. I extended one night under a separate booking and informed the front desk in advance. Despite assurances, I was locked out of my room twice and had to go up and down multiple times—only to be told they hadn’t taken my credit card. On top of that, the shower gel wasn’t refilled. For a hotel of this standard, such lapses are unacceptable. The manager did offer free breakfast for two as service recovery, which I appreciated. Still, coordination needs serious improvement.

Het hotel ligt in de buurt van Times Square. Er zijn veel mensen en het is gemakkelijk om te reizen, maar je moet je bagage achterlaten voor 3 dollar per tas. Deze plek was een fantastische opsporing! Personeel zijn super vriendelijk en handig. Kamers zijn zeer comfortabel en generös groot, vooral voor NYC. Locatie is perfect voor gemakkelijk om te bereiken tot alle landschappen voordat teruggaan naar de rustige omgeving in het hotel. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding this booking I made through your platform for a stay at the Paramount Hotel, New York. At the time of booking, there were no clearly disclosed additional charges mentioned. It was only shortly before my departure — upon reviewing my booking — that I noticed unexpected fees applied by the hotel. I contacted Trip.com immediately, hoping for clarification, but unfortunately, your team was unable to explain why these charges were not made transparent at the point of booking. I was simply informed that the charges had been presented during the booking process. Regrettably, I did not take a screenshot of the booking page to prove otherwise. Given the proximity to my travel date and not wanting to face the inconvenience of finding another hotel at short notice, I had no choice but to proceed with the reservation and absorb the additional charges — which I had not budgeted for. This experience was disappointing and stressful. The lack of pricing transparency is both misleading and unfair to customers, especially when traveling to a different country. It caused unnecessary anxiety and could have been easily avoided with clearer communication at the point of booking. I urge Trip.com to review how hotel fees and additional charges are displayed, and to ensure that customers are fully informed before confirming their reservations. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the actual stay at the Paramount Hotel was pleasant. The hotel is well-located — just a few steps away from Times Square and Broadway theatres. The New York City subway system is very accessible from the property and is a far better option than taxis or e-hailing services due to heavy traffic. While the hotel is an older property and the elevators can be slow during peak times, it offers charm and convenience. There’s a great pizza spot next door, and live music in the lobby bar on some nights adds a nice touch. I hope Trip.com will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly experience in the future.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van de stad - het hotel is perfect gelegen, op korte loopafstand van alles wat je wilt zien; Central Park, Time Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Penn Station, allemaal binnen 10-20 minuten. De conciërgebalie was erg behulpzaam en ondanks dat het Thanksgiving was, waren de dames die er werkten erg aardig en attent - ze gaven mij en mijn man maar al te graag uitstekende aanbevelingen voor wat te doen tijdens onze tussenstop van één nacht. Het was dan ook jammer om bij onze kamer aan te komen en een paar haren te zien op een niet-schoongemaakte badkamer en douchevloer, met wat leek op een beetje shag in het toilet. Als we voor het Hilton betalen, zelfs als het een zakenhotel is, verwachten we dat de badkamer schoon is, vooral omdat het de helft van de kamer in beslag neemt. We betaalden extra voor het uitzicht en dat stelde niet teleur. Jammer dat we het ontbijt moesten missen - geserveerd vanaf 7 uur 's ochtends, we moesten vertrekken voor onze vlucht, dus daar kan ik niet echt over oordelen. Al met al een geweldige ervaring. Mijn man noemde het gebrek aan netheid en de receptie gaf ons een kleine vergoeding - in feite werd de ”stadstoeslag” van ongeveer $ 30 kwijtgescholden. Zou er zeker teruggaan, er is een ontbijt dat geproefd moet worden.
