Nice hotel with good service. Room is decent. Great breakfast.

Het was een heel stijlvol en chic hotel. Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en liet ons eerder inchecken, ook al waren we al vroeg aangekomen. Als ik één ding mocht wensen, dan zou het een elektrische waterkoker zijn. Als ik ooit nog eens naar New York ga, wil ik hier zeker weer verblijven.

Dit hotel is zeer gunstig gelegen in het midden van Manhattan, direct naast NY Penn Station, waar treinen vertrekken naar zowel JFK (op de LIRR) als EWR (via NJTransit). Mijn kamer was vrij klein, maar het had alles wat ik nodig had. Alles lijkt schoon te zijn. Personeel was vriendelijk en liet me snel in- en uitchecken. Bij het inchecken kreeg ik 2 gratis flessen water.

Not enough room to write..we got there and they had a food forcing them to move us..ended up at vocohotel...2+ blocks from us.we had to carry our luggage that far..then voco did not have anything for us.finally got room.worst room I ever stayed in. There is a lot more to story but don't have time at the moment.

De locatie is supergoed, recht tegenover Maddison Square. Er zijn veel winkels in de buurt om te eten en te winkelen, en Times Square is slechts 15 minuten lopen. De centrale ligging van Manhattan biedt een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor deze prijs. Ik heb een tweepersoonskamer geboekt, het queensize bed is zachter, maar dat vind ik persoonlijk geen probleem. De faciliteiten zijn acceptabel, het is tenslotte een groot merkhotel. Ik overweeg om hier de volgende keer te verblijven.

Decent! Not having an elevator is a pain. Also ddnt like having a shared bathroom. They throw all your toilteries if left inside. Generous snacks.
