31 Street Broadway Hotel

Geen schoonmaak de hele dag. De mensen die de badkamers en andere plekken schoonmaken met dezelfde middelen, wat belachelijk is. Uitchecken zou rond 12 uur moeten zijn, net als op andere plekken. Maar in dit hotel is het 10:30 uur en ze vragen je om 10:00 uur te vertrekken en ze brengen je een toeslag in rekening als je maar 5 minuten te laat bent.

Ik heb in veel goedkope hotels verbleven, maar helaas was dit mijn minst favoriete. Het belangrijkste probleem dat ik heb gehad, is de onuitgesproken aanbetaling, die niet werd vermeld in termen van hoeveel het was, en er werd 175 dollar in rekening gebracht naast de hotelkamerkosten. De gedeelde badkamer was smerig en werd niet goed verzorgd, ik zal niet meer naar dit hotel terugkeren.

Location is great, the rooms are tight, toilets clean. Its a deal for this price point just temper your overall expectations to what has been presented. Basically it works!

Was in a good safe location in the middle of everything. Room was larger than I thought it would be. They will hold your luggage before and after the trip if you arrive or leave late. Only frustration was that the elevator wound usually take 10 minutes to get to the room or out of the room.

The building is dirty, there are bugs in the bathroom, only one toilet per floor, the air conditioning barely works, device is terrible, the people who check you in and out treat you super bad like they are doing you a favor. You cannot call that a hotel, worst place I have ever been in my life.

They demanded extra in "taxes" when we checked in that was not mentioned in the listing, and it could only be in cash. They also had me pay a hefty security deposit that was not in the listing that I better get back. The guy that checked us in was not very helpful and quite rude. The bathrooms and showers were disgusting and I don't think they were cleaned very often. Tasty being said, the location was amazing, so I'd say it was worth all the hastle.

Honestly was sceptical because of the overload of bad reviews, however, it was a pretty decent place for the location and price

I brought my family of 5 here for 5 days and 4 nights. We stayed on the first floor. I was told that different companies own different floors. The heating radiator in the room was leaking water, I told the front desk employee and nothing happened. There were 5 towels and no wash clothes in our room. I called the lady attached to this floor and was told that there are no wash clothes. After the first day or 2 I called to get more towels as ours were now dirty from my family bathing in the community shower. I was told that I could not have any more towels. Later, we ran out of toilet paper. I called again and was told by the same lady, that they do not give out more toilet paper. I'm 42 and have traveled the world more than once. This is the worst service I have ever received in the entire world. I was trying to save money by booking this place, that was a mistake. We had a blast in the city and did not let this poor excuse of a hotel bring us down. We went and purchased our own toilet paper, towels, and wash clothes that we packed up and took home.
