我們一家住了4晚，每天一樣的早餐最後一天都不想吃了。房間都算挺新的，廁所裏要是有多些掛毛巾和掛衣服的鈎子就好了，洗澡的水不夠大，勉強可用，酒店離地鐵站走路幾分鐘。

比較老舊，衞生一般，被褥感覺不太乾淨，早餐有牛奶和麪包蘋果，華夫餅需自己做。酒店前台全用防彈玻璃罩着，可見有多不安全

Thé réceptionist was so rude during the checking but the stay was great overall and it is at a walking distance from the subway which is great

It was fenced in so i liked that because i didn’t know that it was on a not so good area of new york.

My sink in the bathroom leaked so bad we couldn't even use it had to brush teeth or wash hands in the shower.

Elevator always broke no service elevator or ramp had a handicapped person with us had to wait in the lobby hours for elevator to get fix one staff member was very rude while we were waiting to get checked in.

The breakfast was not good. The coffee was like molasses. The bread like cardboard. The service was crappy too. You ran out of something, you had to go get it yourself. The people were not service oriented at the front desk. Parking should be included in the fee for the room. Wouldn’t go back there. That’s for sure.
