It was easy to get to and move around the trains did make it a little uncomfortable to sleep

Rooms were a bit small & a bit dirty especially after I had to pay $80 for advance service (early check-in), I expected more! Vending machines were out of services so we had to walk to the store unfortunately.

When we arrived, they were giving the room to another guest until we spoke up about it. An hour later, there was a fight in the hallway and management didn’t do anything. We could barely sleep from all the noice and disruptancies. We complained to the front desk and they didn’t even take note of anything we said. The vending machines were all out of service, and the lights weren’t functional in the room. The pillows were dirty, and the sheets were old.

Hotel gave me a smoking room and I booked nonsmoking. Tv didn’t work and you can hear the next room conversation and everything imaginable.

Light Switch to overhead lights didn't work so lights were on 24/7. Shower slider door missing. Main door swing bar lock & deadbolt were both broken.

People hanging out and around the place. We f didn’t feel it was even safe to stay the night. So we left and found another hotel room

Staff and service was good.The train tracks were right outside my window, and it’s been really noisy at night. It’s been tough getting a good night’s sleep with the train noise.

Hot water comes late and the price between online and in person are unclear.
Everything else is good including the view from the window, cleanliness, tv, AC and Heat, fridge, beds and floors. Overall luxurious
