Casa Cipriani New York

離金融街很近 旁邊就是船可以去看自由女神像

We had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa Cipriani New York and truly enjoyed our experience. At the beginning of our stay, we had an issue with the sound from the nearby ferries, but the team handled it exceptionally well. They were very attentive to our concerns, quickly found a solution, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Throughout our stay, they were accommodating with all of our requests, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very special atmosphere, and the level of service made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt genuinely looked after and had a lovely time as a family. A big thank you to the Casa Cipriani team for making our six nights in New York so comfortable and memorable. We would happily stay again.

This is what a hotel is supposed to feel like. Flawless service and excellent accommodations.

Breakfast and dinner were of amazing quality with superb service! The hotel in general plus rooms and spa were beautifully maintained and clean.

Wonderful experience. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I can’t wait to be back.

Too expensive. I was shocked to find out breakfast is not included. We were asked to not take photos while at the restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Cipriani. My favorite hotel in NYC. There is nothing quite like these views, they are mesmerizing. The club and the staff are amazing and so is the gym. I will be dreaming about it until i return!

Working in this environment has been one of the most mentally exhausting and emotionally draining experiences of my professional life, largely due to the leadership of Stefano Sturaro. In my personal experience, Stefano Sturaro consistently failed to demonstrate professionalism, respect, or basic decency in his role as a leader. I repeatedly witnessed and personally experienced what I perceived as degrading, condescending, and inappropriate behavior from Stefano Sturaro. Many of his remarks, which he seemed to pass off as humor, came across to me and others as offensive and unprofessional, contributing to what I believe is a toxic and hostile work environment. In my opinion, Stefano Sturaro’s leadership is not only ineffective but harmful. I observed and experienced behavior from him that I felt showed no regard for the well-being of his team. Staff, including myself, were overworked and undervalued to the point of physical and mental exhaustion, with Stefano Sturaro showing little empathy or basic respect. Based on my experience, I firmly believe that Stefano Sturaro is unfit to manage, lead, or represent this organization in any capacity. His conduct, in my view, has done significant damage to employee morale and well-being. I would not recommend working in any environment where Stefano Sturaro holds a leadership position unless serious changes are made.

The staff! the amenities! the food! the view! the room and the details!
