Very good stay in this hotel. The location was really good next to Wall Street.

Room was clean but the lady at the front desk was very rude. I’ve informed a day earlier that I will be doing a late check out due to my travel plans but was locked out at 11am after I had breakfast and was told to leave in 10mins because of room keeping.

Great location, near wall street subway station. They provide a 10 dollar credit at the bar everyday which is nice. They gym leaves more to be desired.

Very clean and quiet room. The bed was very comfortable, easy access to public transportation, restaurants. Unfortunately, the bathroom counter space is so small you cannot place anything on it and the lighting is barely a small light. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Stay here for a week, nice location near the Wall Street and around 6 minutes walk to metro I like that water bottles are available all the time, can get enough hydrated day and night

the stay was good there was an event upstairs so couldn’t really use the bar and the gym is super small all the staff are lovely and rooms very cosy

We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The lobby had a cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi, where we could relax with our son before heading out, and there were convenient coffee stations for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The hotel is also pet-friendly, though we didn’t bring our furry friend, it was nice to see the welcoming vibe extended to all families. The hotel’s amenities were perfectly suited for our family trip. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. We highly recommend it and would definitely return on our next family trip to NYC.
