從紐約回家路過該酒店，夜裡十一點，不想晚上開車回家 感覺華美達品牌還是比較好的，於是攜程預訂，定的商務特大床房間，攜程訊息標註床的尺寸不小於1.8m，十一點十分左右入住，到房間後發現是地下室，沒有窗户，有潮濕的味道，最關鍵的是衹有一個一米五的小床（和預訂訊息嚴重不符），我們是夫妻倆，擠不下，在房間停了一分鐘就回到前台問工作人員有沒有大床的，工作人員説有，但要加錢（我們定的3100多人民幣一晚），我感覺房間和預訂的不符，本來定的就是大床房，現在又讓加錢，就決定不住了，把房卡交給前台就在攜程平台操作退房，從進酒店入住到離開酒店不到二十分鐘（包括排隊等候時間），也沒有動房間的任何東西，攜程客服回訊息説酒店方不同意退款，而且酒店工作人員態度很不好，我們決定不住的時候工作人員的臉色已經鐵青了，我感覺不可思議，是酒店提供的房間和預訂訊息嚴重不符我們才沒住的，按照有關法律規定，就是相符，我們進房間不滿意沒有使用房間馬上退房的話，也必須退費。目前攜程客服還在協調中，酒店堅持當時給我們提供的是符合預訂要求的大床，後來又給攜程客服説帶我們去看了另外的房間，既然給我們的房間符合要求，為什麼又帶我們看別的房間？這不是自相矛盾嗎？到目前還沒退費！建議大家以後注意這家酒店，華美達這個品牌的管理真是讓人失望！同時警告酒店，如果不退費，我會採取法律行動維護我的合法權益的！

The staff was great. Have friends in the area and will be staying there again. Room was nice, had a room with jacuzzi, but need a desk or small table, have no place to eat.

The service and cleanliness of the hotel was great. The room was not so great. I will just list what we didn't like about the room. lets start with the bathroom the toilet too low and small, toilet paper dispenser could not be reached from toilet position. Hot water was moderate, not hot enough and took a long time to reach the 2nd floor. Regarding the breakfast items scrambled eggs were overcooked. When making our reservations (Two Rooms) at a Wyndham hotel we thought these items would not be a problem. Disappointed in the Hotel Brand, I thought they would monitor their hotels better.

Nice staff, convenient parking on property. The Hot tub & breakfast were nice. The only downside I would say is limited transportation

I really like the 24 hours free coffee machine. It was cold so we needed the coffee.. a few other things that I like was the friendly staff, the free parking and free breakfast...overall it was a pleasant stay..
