Un hotel muy bien situado, cerca de la 5th y de muchos puntos de interés. Las camas son confortables, la decoración del hotel bonita y el personal muy amable.

My favorite hotel in NYC, I’ve stayed here several times. This visit was a good experience but i feel like staff should recognize names of repeat customers and offer an extra amenity.

The hotel reminded me of the boutique hotels that I prefer in Europe. Good location, great friendly staff and very very clean. My one and only complaint and this is a personal thing is that I found the mattress too soft. Otherwise everything was fine especially the modern bathroom.

Boutique hotel feel, like the decoration. Easy walking distance to Grand Central. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Happy with my stay.

The gallery (king) room was a reasonable size by NY standards. The hotel and room itself are very well presented. The room was cleaned each day (I stayed 5 nights) to a very impressive standard.
The location is very convenient, moments a away from Grand Central and a short walk from Times Square.
If I'm to be critical having asked on three separate occasions on advice on how to work the bluetooth speaker I was never given any guidance. This was frustrating as if I had known the speaker wasn't in operation/difficult to use I would have brought my own. None of the staff appeared to know how to operate and on one occasion said they would investigate and confirm to me. This never happened. I mention as it is the small details which can propel the hotel into the next level. Similarly the tap mixer wasn't great and was predominantly hot (scorching). I didn't raise with the hotel as it wasn't a massive issue for me, but again just the small details. All in all a good hotel and amenable staff.

Thermostat can't maintain set temperature, kept overheating the room, had to manually restart and reset temperature multiple times during our stay, ruined our sleep.
bed sheet and towels have hair on them, not clean
