Great location. Safe and quiet but close to Broadway shows and Times Square. All Staff interactions were great. Concierge kept bags when we arrived early and room was not ready. Concierge had great recs for food and gave great directions.
Hotel kept bags on day of check out as well until we needed them at 6 pm.

Stayed here twice. Staff are great. Excellent location. Close enough to times square to be convenient but tucked into a side street that it's quiet enough to escape the hustle and bustle at night. Rooms are smaller than other hotels of same price and calibre and rooms are very very dark (paint and decor). Elevators are small and take forever to get to your floor. Wine and cheese hour is a very cool feature but would much rather have a coffee machine in my room.
