This small hotel is very convenient, clean , quiet and friendly in the middle of manhattan.
The pretty lady Chrissy is very nice and helpful.

酒店位置很好，交通很方便，房間非常非常小，房間裏沒有人熱水壺和咖啡壺，酒店每天住宿另外收取29美金，在一樓餐吧可以接熱水和咖啡喝！

位置還行 離時代廣場不是很遠 在一條很窄的街上 安全性倒還行 酒店的設施配套一般 但總體這個價位也算還不錯

超暖心的服務，我定的是雙人床房間，他們沒有了給我免費換了兩間單人房間..我訂酒店一直喜歡定希爾頓首選..

核心位置（臟亂差+附近施工）步行去時代廣場10幾分鐘，過一個路口是蠟像館。酒店的設施非常簡單，可能如家的水平。當時住的時候2000一晚吧，後來換去了the standard也就2500，這麼比就沒什麼性價比。200刀一晚的話應急住住可以

The hotel is ok, nothing special. will do in a pinch but wouldn't be a first pick, won't be back unless it's the only option. it was clean for the most part and the bed and bathroom were comfortable. However there was no in-room coffee maker, fridge or even an ice bucket so no way to keep anything cold. The front desk did bring me a bucket full of ice upon request but not a way to refill it myself. these are basics i need in a room

Rude front desk. 3pm check in, at 2:50 they tell you there are no rooms but at 3pm there are plenty. They dont go above and beyond. Check in process was awful.

The location is perfect if you're taking a train into the city. At 40th st, it's only 6 blocks from Penn Station and 6 blocks in the other direction, takes you into the heart of Times Square. Port Authority is next door with tons of subway and bus connections. The rooms were very clean, the elevator service was fine and the front desk staff was very friendly. Plus the daily credit vouchers gave the adults a nice drink at the end of the day to relax with. I was there with 4 daughters, 9 granddaughters spread through 4 rooms. An excellent hotel in all respects.
