Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square

Faciliteiten: Compleet, uitgebreid ontbijt.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Near to many train lines. Everything I can ask for since I’m out most of the time exploring the city!

No WiFi provided and roaming is not good in hotel but performed good outside hotel. We arrived at mid night due to flight delayed but the reception said our paid room is not available. We do want to take rest asap so accepted two separate rooms arrangement but one of room was found out occupied with other guest. The reception offered another room in different floor so we gave up and three people slept in one double bed . Noisy as many guests feel excited at mid night . Breakfast is attractive . It’s convenient if you plan to watch boardway shows but the room is small .

I just dont like the pillows its too small and when you lay on them its too think its like just air. I wasnt able to get a good sleep because of the pillows.

Rooms are in good size.   Limited room amenities and only two bottles of water provided on the checked in day.  Only has coffee and no tea bags.  We booked for 4N and would be better if bottled water be provided for each night.   Buffet breakfast is standard quality and cold dishes with good selection.  It's unable to get escalator down in the morning if u stay between 7th and 27th floor as one of the three lifts is manned for guests at the G/F to go up to 5/F for breakfast.

Very well located (time square is literally at the corner) Room are comfy and well optimized You can early checking for a decent price (worth cause we just landed from a long flight ) You also have a bar at ground level

The room was clean but for 4 adults it could be a bit narrow. There were 2 small courtesy water bottles and 3 pods of complementary coffee in the room which was nice. However being 4 people, they could have left one bottle for each. We had some water issues and management was very friendly and solved it quickly so it was appreciated
