I really liked the stay. The location is very good for the price, and every staff at the hotel was very friendly. The room was decently spacious. Overall, this hotel is a very good value if you need to stay in/around this location.

The room which was assigned had issue with the AC unit. When the AC was turned on, there was loud ticking noise

I was up in New York for a weekend and needed a hotel close to a birthday party location. The Shelburne Sonesta was a great experience! Great location, phenomenal service, and a comfortable room. Will definitely be booking a room here again in the future!

Well located hotel along Lexington Ave where there was plenty of places to eat. Rooms were kept very clean. I would recommend this hotel based on the it's price.

Location is good, convenient to anywhere, room is not so small but a little bit old and not too clean, the toilet is small, but the price is ok for the center of NY.

最後選了一圈選了這家。價格，房間大小，地理位置綜合考慮下，是我覺得很不錯的。我朋友有幾個朋友從別的地方來，也讓她們住到這家。在幾天的出行裏，有不止一次誇我選的太好了。首先它離地鐵站不遠，走五分鐘到42街的中央車站（酒店在37街）那幾天時不時都坐地鐵，方便又便宜。距離幾個我們去的景點都很近。訂的餐廳搜了一下居然也是步行就到。第二，它房間可以説不小。幾個大箱子完全可以攤開來放。最早看了艾迪遜的，4000多19平，這家兩千多近30平，離時代廣場也不遠。第三，女生選房間主要還是看顏值。這家雖然不算很新很fancy，但看着還是不錯的。每天得付一個額外的設備費，三十多刀。每天可以去前台拿兩瓶水/飲料。燒水壺拖鞋問前台要，會送到房間。

房間面積相對較大 位於曼哈頓中城 靠近lexington 大街和36街 房間樓層較低的話靠馬路還是有噪音的 。窗簾設計蠻有新意的 分內外兩層 半遮光簾也有一點的氣氛作用。熱水有高温限制不太爽。客房服務還算及時 但是咖啡機清理不及時 不知為啥。
