Due to an event we were attending, this hotel was the best choice for the price. There was some bumps we had when checking in. They gave us keys to a room that appeared to be still occupied. One of the people from the housekeeping dept. could speak to the front desk because of a language barrier. She dialed the front desk but had to have me explain the issue. After 25 minutes waiting in the hall with our luggage, they sent someone with keys to a new, cleaned room. They did apologized and explained there were things like this happenimg because the system was down and there was not good coomunication happening between the different depts. One of the elevators was also not working, at one point. So the wait time for the elevator was a little long.
The staff were nice and apologetic for any and all inconveniences. We have stayed here before but it was not the same experience as the first time.
The rooms are not spacious, but it meets the purpose. A place to clean-up and rest.

of all the doubletree hotels I've stayed in, this hotel is the only one that was not memorable during my business trip in new york where the first day we arrived, the room was not ready we were told to wait 1 hour, the hotel at that time was very crowded. small rooms, location in the middle of a crowded area, plus point is only close to laundromats, restaurants, mini markets, stations and coffee shops. hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

前台人員很好的服務，因為是鑽石會員幫忙升級到時代廣場景，雖然沒覺得是這個景觀但是高層很不錯，一切都很規矩有條理，早餐不錯但結賬的時候有點慢導致uber等待。除了沒有給瓶裝水，特別好的酒店。
