Sonder — The Nash

Extremely disappointed with the standard and quality of the apar**ent. Missing several items - no microwave oven. No bedside lamps, no rugs, no Bluetooth speaker, windows that doesn’t close properly, heating broken, damaged and dirty flooring etc. not what anyone would expect paying $3000 for the week, but dod receive a refund of 50% after a lot of hassle and stress

Great unit, updated kitchen, perfect location, friendly desk attendant. My family of four stayed for a week and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

Disgusting property NOT AS ADVERTISED This place is gross, old and dingy. Stay away from this property. We’ve stayed at several Sonders over the last few years and have never had an issue. The Nash looks nothing like the photos. Walls and floors are stained; furniture is grimy and bathroom is run down. The neighbors speaking at a normal volume in the apar**ent next door could be heard as if they were sitting next to you conversing with you. When contacted Sonder and requested a refund, because there was no way we were staying there, Sonder said they would not refund because the reservation was non-refundable. I explained that I was a loyal Sonder client and that the facilities were sub par, and Sonder could not care less. We left the property and stayed at a beautiful hotel that was clean and fresh for much less than Sonder. I will never go to Sonder again. Stay away from this place!

Nice studio big enough. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Crean. Good quality of towels. Few noise from compressor of air conditioned ( 3 floor). 20 minutes walking to time square. Neighborhood very safe and quite in the night.

We could not get in our room multiple times with the code, had to get the ley from the desk. I couldn't get a hold of a Sonder employee over the phone. The building was really dark and run down

Could not reach customer service when the key was missing upon arrival…hair all over my room. Could not get the tv started (stop using smart tech).

The apar**ents look nothing like the photos, they are tired, old, and honestly look like they’ve been used for parties. The floor was so disgusting and sticky. The walls have marks all over them, and the table was so damaged. It was disgraceful. I would highly recommend you do not book this property. I ended up checking out, Sunday at first refused to provide a refund until I sent them photos and videos. Not once did they ever apologize. Honestly, this apar**ent 5 D should be not used

Nothing is unique about this hotel other than lack of human touch. The hotel's location is one of the best. However, for the value of money, this is the most terrible hotel that I have ever stepped a foot. the aircon is not functioning, the TV is unnecessarily complicated, and above all horrible check-in and check-out processes? They may think that they are anticipating future hotels but nothing seems to be functioning. It is a rip off to say the least.

From arrival the door code did not work, however we were able to contact someone quickly for a key. The room, living room and bathroom were disgusting. So much hair and so much dirt on the floors we were scared to take our shoes off. Next to this the room smelled rancid and as did the hallway and elevators. Also, no rugs in the room. Terrible quality sheets. I literally went out and bought a swifter and used both the wet and dry pads on the floor. They were full of hair dust and dirt. We cut our stay and moved hotels.
