Excellent location within a short walk to almost every subway line. Unfortunately that means it can be a little loud, but it never woke me up.
Incredibly friendly staff are always on hand, 24/7.
The included breakfast is more than adequate; bagels, juice, yoghurt, pastries.
The room has a good shower, comfy bed, and good TV with chromecast-ability.

The staff members were all excellent - helpful and pleasant and went all out to make the visit comfortable. The breakfast was a treat - all facilities were clean and convenient.

Great location for both walking and mass transportation. Great slice of Brooklyn in any direction

It’s not a bad place. The staff is very friendly but the room was very cold and they couldn’t fix it and they brought in a small heater to make it warm but the heater was just warm right at the bed where it was close to and that’s it . otherwise overall OK.

The NU Hotel is in an excellent location, was clean and comfortable and I will definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times over the past two years but we’re done. Heat was not working nearly froze place was not clean. Breakfast awful

We always enjoy staying at NU Hotel, the staff is amazingly friendly and extremely helpful, the towel and linens are top notch, the location is so convenient. We've stayed here many times and have always been happy with our experience.

One of the bed side lights was broken and the chandelier was missing a lamp - but all else was flawless. The bed was super comfy.

Very nice and cozy hotel for a great price! The only thing I would change is the bed, it was way too low and all the sheets kept touching the floor. Everything else was great, however.
