Great location! Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu and amenities. Love the flat iron in the rooms along with the blow dryers! Seeing the same doormen at each visit is a plus - they are the jewel in the crown!

Loud, overpowering music in elevators, lobby has NO where to sit while meeting friends, blinds fell off window and maintenance was in our room for 5.5 hours, HEAT could NOT be regulated so room was 76 degrees!!! should i go on?

We really enjoyed our stay with the exception of the streaming access on the TV which was way too time consuming and difficult and the bedside charging outlets were both not working.

I had high expectations going in based on what I heard. In my room the faucet and tub were pretty beat up. I travel a good bit for work. And I can't tell you the last time I had an actual shower curtain vs a door. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less.

We enjoy how welcoming and friendly the staff is every time we visit! The hotel is just so nice, very clean and a perfect location for us when we visit our daughter. We highly recommend staying here!!

Very overpriced. Beds are small doubles at a push - no good for 2 people. Walls are thin. Doors aren’t soft close so you hear slamming doors day and night. Fixtures in room falling off - plug sockets and around the shower fixtures. No idea what the extra resort fee on checkout is meant to cover as you don’t even get free water daily. Overall very disappointing for the price.

The Staff is absolutely outstanding, Gem lives up to his name. Hes a gem! Hardest working guy ever! Checking in is super easy thanks to this gentleman.
