Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees.
The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible.
We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double.
There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed.
The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us.
The location is very good, and the room was clean.

Location and management is great! Spacious room and pretty quite. Breakfast is just ok, and the facility is a bit older than expected.

We enjoyed the hotel and the location. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Anthonie was very welcoming at the desk. Our only complaints are minor - there was only ceiling lighting in our room, the bathroom was dark even with the lights on and the bathroom fan was not working.

Comfortable place to stay. Room and bathroom are small, but then again, this is New York, so that is to be expected. We would stay here again. Great location.

Although our stay was only one night, The staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful and we would definitely stay here again. The only problem while slight was that the lighting in our room and our bathroom was very dim, but other than that it was perfect.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was given 2 different parking garage to park my car for 2 nights. I was charged normal rate as if I was not a guest at the hotel due the parking garage employee not stamping my ticket, nor did I receive the ticket. No one could help me and I was had to pay the full price of $175.00. This was very disappointing thing to happen.
