We zouden om 16.00 uur kunnen inchecken, maar we kwamen drie uur eerder aan. De meneer van de receptie heeft ons ook ingecheckt. Ik vind dat de directie zeer gebruiksvriendelijk is. De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, en het is erg handig om in de buurt te winkelen en te eten

Zeer goed, locatie van het hotel nabij Times Square
Het nadeel is dat de kamer klein is, maar de kamer van 26 vierkante meter wordt in de omliggende hotels als groter beschouwd

Heel dicht bij Times Square, handig transport; de kamer is klein, er zijn geen slippers voor een tandenborstel met drinkwater aanwezig

De locatie van het hotel is erg handig, het strekt zich uit in alle richtingen naar waar ik heen wil. Het bedienend personeel is goed en vriendelijk, de maaltijden zijn heerlijk en de CP-waarde is hoog. In de toekomst zal ik nog steeds voor deze plek kiezen voor zakenreizen

The hotel has a very good vibe. Room is simple but clean, no any disposable items such as tooth brush, cotton pad, nor coffee pot. In the morning coffe service is very slow, take at least 10 minutes to serve a cup of machine-made coffee.

The hotel itself is in a great position and beautiful. The beginning part of the stay was great and the hotel offered a very warm welcome and allowed us to leave are bags and check in two hours early. The stay took a turn when after quickly realising we were given a different room to being booked (one double instead of two). When being this up with the front desk it felt like the hotel really didn’t like it if you didn’t book direct, they didn’t even check if there was a two bed room available and left me to contact the trip who I booked the room with. Trip were fantastic and after they contacted the hotel they did apologise and offered us a bottle of red wine which was appreciated.
