Location and facilities are great. Close to the subway station and they have a gym and a place for breakfast.
However, our room had a really strong smell that is coming from the carpet which smelled like bleach covering some vomit or stinky milk. It was so bad the minute you enter the room you can smell it. We tried opening the window for the whole night, the smell’s still here. Tried seek help from the front desk and they said they sent a machine to suck out the air in the room. But when we’re back to the room, it still stinks.
Also, the blanket for the sofa bed seems dirty, it has a lot of stains on it…

Very spacious room, especially for New York. Good midtown location right across from a subway stop. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Awesome hotel--will definitely stay here again. Spacious room, quiet location next to a subway stop, and responsive staff. We lodged a noise complaint at night, and they addressed it right away. Our neighbors quieted right down!

We loved staying at the Courtyard Midtown East. The staff were so accommodating. We arrived at 11am expecting to just store our luggage until our check-in time, but they already had the room ready and allowed us to check in early. When we checked out, we easily stored our luggage until later in the afternoon when our flights left. They even gave us a keycard so we could go ahead o an upper floor with a restroom before heading to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Having the subway across the street was a huge plus as well.

Old dated rooms. Bathroom door knob was broke. The king bed was old and very noisy. Rooms poorly lit. Great location but would never stay there again.

Location was good and walking distance to many places including Times Square and also subway. Except parking is a little pricey and inconvenient but this in NY, so you can’t expect cheaper rates.

Great stay! The staff could not have been nicer! Easy check in and check out. Room size was fine for 4 people. Clean and quiet! Breakfast staff also super nice! Perfect location also to everything we planned on doing. We would stay here again
