Dit is niet Hilton, Dosent aanbieding Slipers, Dosent aanbieding water!! , kamer is zo donker, niet veel licht, vroeg om water, ze vroegen me om het zelf om 01.00 uur van de t****e verdieping te brengen met 3 $ één fles, hotelservice helpt bij het ophalen van tassen naar de kamer! , lift is niet gemakkelijk Om zelfs maar één lege lift te vinden, boekte het schoonmaakpersoneel voor zichzelf en zei (nee) om de lift niet te nemen! , kleine kamers
eindelijk is dit niet Hilton wat ik weet.

Erg leuk en comfortabel voor New York. Dicht bij het metrostation en een paar goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Starbucks en Dunkin Donuts zijn ook vlakbij. Vriendelijk in- en uitcheckend personeel. Alleen verrast dat ze geen gratis flessenwater bieden. Ik raad aan.

Geweldige locatie en bevredigend schoon hotel ondanks het enorme aantal kamers in een hotel met 44 verdiepingen, rekwisieten voor het huishoudteam voor het goede werk. Het personeel van de receptie kan een beetje streng zijn, ze herhaalden het minstens 3 keer om hun kurkentrekker terug te geven alsof we kinderen zijn. Er zijn ook te weinig liften voor een hotel met 44 verdiepingen. Anders zou hier weer verblijven als de prijzen concurrerend blijven.

For a hotel with 44 levels, one would expect the elevators at the least to work well. Experienced long wait times for the elevators, only to walk down the stairways from 22nd floor. The complimentary WiFi did not have internet connection after guest login via browser.

Room wasn’t always cleaned, sometimes everything was just brushed under here and there to hide it away.
Had to call to request the room to be cleaned every other day.
Extremely slow lift and at peak times you would have to wait at least 10-20 mins.
Staff was good, location great.

There was no hot water, we had to shower with cold water. Elevator was a nightmare!!! For a hotel that has 44 floors there was only 2 elevator that was working. People were lined up for elevator. Takes 30 mins to get a spot.

I am satisfied with my overall stay at this hotel. The issue I had was with regards a safety issue which I did bring to the attention of the manager on Duty the next morning.
Our lift got stuck on the 37th floor, there were 5 people in the lift at the time. We rang the emergency bell, shouted for help. one guest phone his wife to tell the reception staff that we were stuck. We were in that lift for 15 minutes with NO response from the hotel. We managed to pry ourselves out of the lift. Not a single staff member came to our rescue and the following morning when i reported the incident to the manager, the incident had not even been logged by reception.
This was my only issue with this hotel

On the first night, there was a problem and there was no water from around 8pm to 2am. Fortunately, I showered earlier for that day so it was fine except I didnt brush my teeth. When the water came back on, it was brown and the water for the shower didn't came back on in the morning but was alright when I came back in the evening.

I truly enjoyed my stay it was very clean, great hospitality the service agent Stacy was amazing she truly went above and beyond. They accommodated all my needs and even with flight delay and reservation issues they still made sure I had an awesome stay. The buffet in restaurant was tasty and definitely worth the price for breakfast. Truly a great location to get to all the places we needed to go. I would definitely book again.
