Geweldige locatie en bevredigend schoon hotel ondanks het enorme aantal kamers in een hotel met 44 verdiepingen, rekwisieten voor het huishoudteam voor het goede werk. Het personeel van de receptie kan een beetje streng zijn, ze herhaalden het minstens 3 keer om hun kurkentrekker terug te geven alsof we kinderen zijn. Er zijn ook te weinig liften voor een hotel met 44 verdiepingen. Anders zou hier weer verblijven als de prijzen concurrerend blijven.

This is not Hilton, Dosent offer Slipers , dosent offer water !! , room is so dark no much light , asked for water they asked me To bring it myself from second floor at 1am with 3$ one bottle , hotel Service dosent help for pickup bags to the room !! , elevator is not easy To ride even found one empty elevator the cleaning staff booked for them selves and said ( no ) not to take the elevator !!! , small rooms
finally this is not Hilton what i know .

Very nice and comfortable for New York. Close to the subway station and a few good eats nearby. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are also nearby. Friendly check in and out staff. Only surprised they do not provide complimentary bottled water. I recommend.

Room wasn’t always cleaned, sometimes everything was just brushed under here and there to hide it away.
Had to call to request the room to be cleaned every other day.
Extremely slow lift and at peak times you would have to wait at least 10-20 mins.
Staff was good, location great.

It’s not cheap but the room is top clean!
Lift is okay, not as bad as some comments said here. I didn’t experience any long waiting time during my 3 nights stay there.
My flight departs midnight so I left my luggage there which it’s a good service.

Great location. Close to the Statue of Liberty ferry, Oculus, Ground Zero, and Brooklyn Bridge. Room was clean. Only downside is the elevator traffic. Guests have no choice but to use the stairs, even those with huge luggages.

Room and location were ok. Unfortunately the 3 old elevators were not enough and then they use one for carrying linen up and down… people (us and other guests) were waiting for over 30(!!!) minutes to get up or down… this made the whole experience a lot worse to be honest.

It was a pretty good stay, hotel was good the service and employees were great definitely a great location right by the ferries and restaurants

Room is quite small. Lift/ elevator traffic is bad at sometime. Location is very near the raging bull, battery park and wall street. Hotel i think is ideal for business travelers only not for family.
