The hotel location and room decorated very good and also can parking for a while downstair
Have a staff help to take luggages on ground floor to front desk 11F. He is very nice and helpful
But when arrived 11F, the front desk staff not enough helpful and they have no service to delivery luggages to room and even have few staff stand nearby elevator. They never help to to press button
No toothbrush and slipper and no umbrella to borrow even heavy raining outside. I don’t know how to go out until rain getting smaller

Great location. It’s at Time Square. We were on a high floor. It wasn’t noisy and very convenient. Just 2-3 mins walk to Subway station. Walkable distance to Rockefeller and Ichiran Ramen place. Joe’s Pizza is about 5 mins walk. Near all the board way theatres. Comfortable stay and clean toliet with large shower area.

Great location and great view from the room! Walk to most of the Boardway shows within 10 minutes. And the room is bigger than I thought.

Modern New Hotel, clean and good location, room is so small, barely to unpacked luggage
Room rate not included breakfast, there’s have restaurants for breakfast served set menu

Excellent hotel next overlooking Times Square. Reception on 11th floor. Newely refurbished hotel, so all looked new and fresh.
All staff are very friendly and helpful.
Room good size with lovely walk-in shower in separate bathroom. Nespresso machine in room, also fridge and large TV. Ample USB-A sockets as well as a wireless charging pad in the room, which was great.
Large picture window overlooking Times Square (we were on 29th floor).
Didn't eat in hotel as loads of options nearby, but reasonable menus and dining area with bar.
