Our stay at Element was awesome. Location is amazing. Super clean hotel. Breakfast is just fine (6/10) but is according to the price you pay. Bed is amazing. Bathroom is super big and clean. Staff was amazingly nice.

Central location near bus terminal (5mins away) for whoever who wants to go Woodbury premium outlet. Walking distance to Times square, NYPL, Macy's (avg 10mins). Hotel included breakfast which is a plus point.

Unprofessionally, bad reception. i said that because i'm an elite member bonvoy and they did not respect that by checking the room before our arrival. they gave us a bad smelly room, like if someone cooking asian food there. we asked to change the room but they refused.
Another issue with the breakfast, it wasn’t as nice as we hoped from them.
Maybe my expectations was high, and they were over booked full, thats why they couldn’t be as expected.
the location is great 10 minute walking to the port and time Square.

Above all the location is perfect you're only one block away from the Port authority building and there's a lot of restaurants in the area however the only thing that was really a problem was they have three elevator Banks it's a 40 floor bldg. and there was a wait sometimes for up to 15 minutes other than that everything was okay. Little kitchenette came in really handy however there was only one control knob for a two burner stove top dishwasher was great to have and they only had plates basically for two people nothing really extra but considering it was a small kitchenette in a hotel that did offer breakfast it was okay
