凌晨一點到店，入住後發現浴缸下水道堵的，淋浴在浴缸上方，洗了一半發現半浴缸水下不去。急忙穿起來打電話，説馬上來，十分鐘後沒人來，下樓跟前台講了，聯繫後也説馬上來，又等了十分鐘，還是沒人來，又打了電話，終於來了個維修人員。因為坐了十幾小時飛機，想洗完澡趕緊睡覺，中間跟酒店協商如果不能立馬來修，就換間房，説沒房了。大概半小時後，工人終於找來工具，撈出一大撮噁心的頭髮和污穢。也不知道客服清潔人員日常怎麼做的保潔。第二次入住，洗髮水是空瓶，更可笑的是沐浴露連瓶子也沒有，水龍頭臟的不敢看，誰能想這是威斯汀？要不是提前預訂了不可退，絕不住。
