Around 10 minutes walk from the Grand Central Statation, water provided each floor, coffee and tea provided.

2박 예약했는데 첫날이 몇십명이 동시에 오버부킹 돼서 두시간 대기 후 다른 호텔로 쫓겨남.. 선택권은 당연히 없었음.. 바로 옮겨주면 모르겠는대 몇시간 씩이나 기다리고ㅠ 근데 어이없ㄴ느건 옮긴 호텔이 더 좋았다.. 하루 묵고 다시 돌아오니 조리시설 있는거 말고는 쏘쏘였다ㅠ

The service was slow and everything was very tight and congested. I had to ask for toilet paper 3 times before i got it and that was an hour after the first time i requested it. the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is good locate. However, the staff is not really friendly and informative. Plus the coffe maker at tea was no working how is supposed to be 24/7. The gave us a 10 dollars card for fourth day because of that inconvenienced. I asked the second day for housekeeping express service and they did not take the trash out. Things like these that were not great for a 4 starts hotel.

This is a favorite any time we're in NYC. We've stayed here every time we visit over the past ten years, and it is a consistently excellent experience.

This is my second time, I could see improvement overall of cleanliness and maintenance. Only is the coffee expresso machine at lounge is not working, and not hot water for tea. The staff very professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Tiny lobby and lack of lounge space made it more like rental space rather than hotel space. Staff was excellent except when telling me to use their electronic check-out, which I did not appreciate.
