2박 예약했는데 첫날이 몇십명이 동시에 오버부킹 돼서 두시간 대기 후 다른 호텔로 쫓겨남.. 선택권은 당연히 없었음.. 바로 옮겨주면 모르겠는대 몇시간 씩이나 기다리고ㅠ 근데 어이없ㄴ느건 옮긴 호텔이 더 좋았다.. 하루 묵고 다시 돌아오니 조리시설 있는거 말고는 쏘쏘였다ㅠ

Although we had to walk 6 blocks to park that is not a hotel thing its a NYC thing. However it was a plus that our parking ticket was validated.

Very comfortable, loved the mattress and pillows. We had an event at Radio City so this hotel location was perfect. Just a couple block from Grand Central, 5th Ave and Broadway. Staff very courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

Overall the location near Grand Central makes this hotel very convenient. Their rates for my stay were very good. The room was fine though the tv remote and room phones did not work, and the ironing board was broken. When I brought the remote down to ask for help, they offered to move me to a diff room. The gym is small and windowless and the equipment looked old. But if you need a full gym, there’s a NY Sports Club next door.

The room was comfortable but I had to contact them 4 times to bring up fresh towels after requesting housekeeping at 11am. Finally got my towels at 7:30pm.

great location and room was "basic" but immaculately clean. Staff at front desk was attentive and friendly. Perfect location and good value. Beautiful rooftop lounge area for relaxing, working on laptop or just having a coffee.

My stay was good. But it could be better if the staff had come at least once to take the garbage out and put new towels. We asked for some cups and pillows that never got delivered. The staff were very friendly and polite.
