酒店位置非常好，在紐約中心火車站邊，靠近洛克菲勒大廈
酒店前台幾乎幾乎就是電梯廳的一張桌子，真是簡單
房間還算是不錯，面積大，衞生好。衞生間很小。
酒店沒有早餐廳

絕對的垃圾酒店，垃圾服務人員，因為check in時間晚，就把我們從高級房調到標準房，還當著我們的麪騙我説是標準房，最後打電話後酒店人員在不知情的情況下告知我們的房間是標準間，然後又改口説我們住的是高級房，房間圖片啥都不一樣，在和洗衣房一起的3樓是高級房？？？最後隨便我們住不住，因為酒店房間滿。滿就能隨便把客人預訂的房間隨便調換，還説是一樣，簡直tmb了。最後住了一晚換了酒店，check out了還説之後的幾晚會退費用，結果轉臉就不認賬。呵呵，最後還是攜程幫忙的。所以大家要想體驗美國酒店的無賴，***，去這家！洗手間垃圾的一匹！絕對的差評！！！

Usually, hotels for this price point in NYC aren't the greatest. While, yes, this was small, it was surely mighty. great value, clean, safe. Highly recommend

Staff was extremely pleasant and location is exceptionally close to Grand Central Station. Rooms were clean and no safety concerns. Would stay again.

Very convenient to Grand Central! Staff was amazing at check-in - kind and efficient and the room suited us perfectly (comfortable bed, clean and loved the filtered water available)
