Hotel and room were modern and clean. Staff was friendly, price was outrageously reasonable for NYC ($250 for 2 nights, all taxes and fees included) Free breakfast of toast bagels, fruit , cereal, coffee and juices. The room was small, but that wasn’t problem as we only needed a place to sleep. The only problem was that there was barely enough room to get around the bed to the side by the window. There was only about a foot between the wall and the front of the bed, but there was a 6 inch frame sticking out of the wall by the corner( framing a small hook for hanging coats) It was very difficult to squeeze between the frame and the bed to get into bed in that side. Other than that, we have no complaints and would recommend it. We would probably pay a little more for a larger room next time.

The property itself was great. Rooms are very small but clean. Perfect for one night. Had we been staying longer we probably would've needed a bigger spot.

The front staff could be more friendly, location is close to the F line and has a bus stop close by… the train station is not stroller friendly.. 20-30 public transport ride to all attractions.

Great location near GW and Brooklyn Bridge close to chinatown and subway nearby. Rooms are comfortable and not as noisy as I thought. There is a train that runs by near the hotel and you can barely hear any noise. Easy checkin. Friendly staff.

Clean and easily accessible by subway from jfk airport. Walkable to financial district and china town. Most importantly clean. There is a train running right next to the hotel though, so if you are a light sleeper may be an issue.

Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel was located very south of the action in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There was a subway stop (F line) conveniently located just a block away! Beds were full size with nice, clean, cozy sheets! Great view of the Brooklyn Bridge!

Couldn't figure out how to work the TV. Remote wouldn't work, staff could not figure it out either. "Maintenance" leaves after a certain time. When you check in, make sure your TV works

Queen beds were not queen they were full at most. Bedskirt sheet was filthy. Remote did not work.
