Check in line was too long and then they gave me a wrong room. Changed my room immediately and found the lock was broken then I was too tried to go complain again.

Very central. Theaters, Lots of places to eat.
(4 stars) Long line to check-in. Room very nice but small, city-view. Bathroom amenities spot on! Bed comfortable, pillows were not all consistently firm or soft.

Perfect location in midtown manhattan. The facilities are really old and shabby. The room is very big by NYC standards but the room was very dated, must have been 30yrs since they last renovated the rooms. Service is also not great, mainly because the hotel is too crowded.

location was good, it is really midtown.
really near by central park, moma, top of the rock.
and be able to walk to empire state building, bryant park and other place.

There is a long line inntje front desk area, 20 minutes until you can check in. All front desk workers are overworked and exhausted, management does not care for their happiness much.
The room is tiny and has an old style to it.
They provide $35 to get some sandwiches and bites of food downstairs.
Lastly, they charge for luggage storage.
Overall, the feeling is that they are trying to squeeze as much money as possible with giving as least as possible.
Hilton in other cities is usually good, but this one doesn't stand well to the brand standard.
