Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square

Great location, good breakfast spread, even had view to neon lights from Time Square from room. Room is not huge though but that's how Time Sq hotel is.

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

This hotel was great for the location. Rooms are obviously very small but typical nyc. The elevators are the only downfall to this hotel as they take forever and always « full » and need to wait for the next one often. Aside from that, I would recommend. Staff was friendly.

Our air condition didn't work for most of our stay, and then after the engineer worked on it to make it work, it wouldn't cool past 70°. Also, don't pay extra for a water view, it's not worth it.

A really nice and fresh hotel the rooms were absolutley sufficient in size and super clean. Great location easy to get to and from. Highly recommend

Perfect location for a great price. Hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. Good breakfast. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that hot water for sink was truly hot, but hot water for shower was lukewarm at best. Also advertised that towels and garbage would be taken care of every other day. I was there 5 days and it happened only once.
