Hotel undergoing renovation. But not an obvious impact on comfort. Room was warm. Perhaps too warm for me. All freshly decorated with comfortable bed. Will return.
Great staff at reception and bar. Very friendly and efficient.

Last minute booking as I decided to stay over in Folkestone.
Room was really cheap and was fantastic.
Wonderful room with sea view.

I’d stay here again even if I had no particular business in Folkestone. The hotel is very homey and with the renovation it is extra comfy. The staff were very professional and kind. Breakfast was of very good quality, with great variety and always at the right temperature, organized and clean.
My only problem was with the wifi in the room. It is a deal-breaker for me because of work but they said they are looking to fix it so I hope they do for future better stays.
