Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort by IHG

I was surprised by how good the hotel is relative to the price. I even got a suite. It also has all the nearby restaurants, so very convenient.

Overall the property is in a great location in terms of Bourbon Street and the business district. I like the idea of having a feidge, microwave and full kitchen vs having to eat out constantly and having somewhere to sit other than your bed in a traditional hotel room. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is a little sketch after dark. The bed is not overly comfortable, the pillows are terrible. We are IHG owners and felt like this hotel wasn't the same caliber as other properties. Upon check in you are

The staff and location are excellent! I would stay here again. The only thing I really didn’t like about this hotel is that it doesn’t have daily housekeeping for some reason. I think that’s really weird and makes it more of an Airbnb experience. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff! Shout out to William.

Very convenient located near everything. We stayed 4 nights with two small children. Felt very safe. Used the pool and laundry room. We had a problem with our air one night but it was quickly fixed. Breakfast would have been nice but overall hotel was great. Would definitely stay again

Nice! A comfortable stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the shower drain was plugged, but both issues were resolved quickly. Not sure the description should include “pool”, since it was really just an overgrown hot tub…Great to have free use of washer and dryer! 👍

The location was perfect. We parked the car and never had to move it. The staff were all nice and friendly, Especially, Ms. Sue. Ms. Sue is an amazing person and I hope that she is as valued and appreciated as she should be by her employer. She was eager to help and was genuinely happy that we were enjoying ourselves. She made the stay much better. I would stay here again, just not in the same room. The bedroom back window was over a hangout spot, which gets extremely loud at night. Now, N.O. is loud at night and I get that, but that was extra noise right in our ears.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped for a multi-day stay. (Unfortunately we were only there for one night.) The location was very convenient and only a few blocks from the Saenger Theatre. Parking was about as convenient as it can be in New Orleans. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to a return trip.

This hotel was aesthetically pleasing from the lobby area as well as the signature villa that my family and I stayed. But there were a few issues that was a major problem for me. CHECKING IN- after having issues with my card and being locked out of my card I was slightly annoyed being this is an CASHLESS FACILITY. But things did workout. There’s a bar, and a SNACK AREA but NO RESTAURANT OR FOOD ON SITE. Being that RESTAURANT is said on the website( and don’t get me started on the “20% daily off on food and drinks”. NOT TRUE!!! according to the check in. Our room was nice and comfortable until it wasn’t. 2 disappointments for me: The sofa bed, which by the way collapsed while sleeping. The bottom half of the mattress completely deflated “untrue the reason”. Did I complain and bother the staff? NO!!!! Reason being I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of if I can be accommodated or not. And the outside traffic noise is almost unbearable especially while trying to rest. Pool area - small but decent and relaxing. Would I stay again- Maybe!!! Overall I give my stay an 7/10 based on cleanliness, staff, location, website amenities vs actual amenities, the villa, the bar, the snack on the go area, the pool and gym.

My experience was excellent! the guy Donnie that worked there PLEASE give him a raise !! He was so helpful, he took the time to tell us where to eat and where to go and have fun. He gave a us some history on New Orleans and he was very informative. Out of 5 stars I would give give a 10! I can't wait to come back. The whole staff was professional and courteous!
