The best hotel I’ve stayed in it’s my favorite hotel in New Orleans rooms are so amazing breakfast amazing and staff were amazing!

We were unable to come snd had no way to contact you! All the confirmation e-mails dropped off my phone and couldn’t remember where it was booked., here’s hopping you can gives us a break on the cost of the trip.
So sorry for the mixup .

My experience at the hotel was great.. Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast during Covid is trash so I advise eat at a restaurant.. Besides breakfast everything was great!!!

凱悦嘉寓酒店離法國區非常近，狂歡節的花車遊行也要經過酒店門前的大街，附近很多餐館、還有大超市。酒店工作人員態度很好，早餐挺好的。房間乾淨舒適。

Location of this hotel was excellent. In the heart of downtown, steps from the Superdome and the express bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby, within walking distance of the streetcars and the French Quarter.
Wifi was fast and reliable. Our room was spacious with tons of storage and immaculately clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and stored our luggage when we arrived early morning until our room was ready.
Breakfast area was well stocked (including bacon every morning!). The only thing my kids wished was that there was a pancake or waffle maker to enjoy them fresh instead of having them premade.

We enjoy our stay at the hotel, however, the room was never cleaned during our stay. We asked for an extra blanket during our first night and was never delivered. Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful.
