R&B Award Winning B&B - Adult Only

The Mardi Gras room was perfect for us! And decorated for my birthday?! Very special. Joe & Kristi were super friendly. The location is great too- easy walk to many restaurants, venues, and unique shops. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a really lovely stay at the R&B Bed and Breakfast in New Orleans, Kristi and Joe made us feel really welcome and comfortable, even taking the trouble to take us on a little tour in New Orleans to help us orientate ourselves. Breakfast choice was phenominal and we were even offered snacks if we wished, at other times of the day. The bedroom - the Mardi Gras room was such fun. Special thanks also to Beth who went out of her way to look after us and to the children. The location was perfect, short walks to the cable cars, to the great jazz clubs and downtown, while being in a quiet location. We will definitely stay there again when we have a chance to re-visit New Orleans.

What a fantastic Inn! On the best street in New Orleans, Frenchman St. Walk to music and food. Kristi and Joe were the best, their continental breakfast can keep you until dinner, the beds are super comfy, and they even gave us a quick walking tour of the French Quarter and Frenchman Street. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at this ideally located gem of a b&b. The b&b is located in a mansion that has been modernized and decorated in a unique combination of glorious antiques and funky artwork. The rooms are spacious with fine accommodations. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and responsive to any request to make your stay comfortable. The breakfasts in the morning are excellent and there is an extensive array of snacks available throughout the day. If you want quiet, it is across the street from a beautiful park and if you want the New Orleans music experience it's two blocks away from a strip of art displays and music venues. The French quarter itself is less than a 5 minute walk. We already have made our reservation for next year. Check out my photos.

Book it book it book it—- Absolute heaven. Quiet, immaculately clean, THE SWEETEST family, perfect location… truly can’t emphasize enough how happy we are to have found Kristi and Joe. We’ll be staying here from now on when Nola calls 💛💛💛

Kristi, Joe, and their family were wonderful hosts. They kept in contact with me and accommodated my changing needs. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The house was situated close to activities, but in a quiet area across from the park. There were plenty of snacks in the kitchen and breakfast on the weekend. They made our vacation more enjoyable.

This was our second stay in this bed and breakfast. We first stayed last year during French Quarter Festival and loved it. This year it was even better than last year. The physical environment is lovely. The house is filled with beautiful antiques in every room which are balanced with a little modernity that is provided by lamps made of old musical instruments. The bedroom was large with ample drawer and closet space and very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub and a vanity with lots of drawers. There was a Continental breakfast alternating with a fully cooked breakfast, with pancakes one day and two different quiches another day. There were a variety of snacks available 24/7, including chips, fruit, pastries and a variety of teas. Best of all was the welcoming and homey feeling provided by Kristi, Joe and their three children. They were friendly, helpful and respectful of their guests' privacy. We loved our stay there and plan to stay again during French Quarter Festival 2027. In closing, I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful B&B. I've stayed in many bed and breakfast places over the years and this is the best!

Christy and her husband Joe and Beth were great hosts. The room was quiet at night time and I got some of the best sleep I have on a vacation. Comfortable bed. Great! Bathroom TV channels on the subscriber networks that you can watch without having to log in. Plenty of snacks and coffee and other things to eat and great air conditioning to escape the heat. If you're coming to New Orleans, jazz fast, French quarter fast, this is the place you want to stay because it's right outside the French quarter
