This is a great find. In a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's around a 25min walk along nice streets to Bourbon St and the French Qtr and a 5-10min walk to admire all the beautiful mansions. There are lovely little coffee shops close by and plenty of food options too. Free parking is the absolute bonus. It saved us so much and is very secure. There was no breakfast served but coffee/water is available all day. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We will not be back. In fact, I canceled a return stay. This was a very mixed experience. Our room was not clean. It was disgusting under the bed. I had to ask the Desk to send housekeeping up to re-vacuum the room and wash the floor. The plumbing was in poor shape. We had no shower curtain and had to ask for one. It was difficult to get the correct temperature for the shower. It was either cold or blazing hot. The tub spout was about a half inch away from the wall. The grout was messy. The room had good proportions. The bed was quite comfortable. And the staff was friendly and polite.

First I would like to give a HUGE shout out to all your staff. Bravo, they made sure we were comfort, they made sure to greet us each time we walked in. My son asked for a tissue because he had a runny nose, they gave him a box of tissue, they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. They gave us advise on the area, they made sure we were aware of the parking.
Overall, it wasn't like staying at a hotel it was like staying with long lost family that looked after you.

This hotel takes extra steps to show they want to get good ratings. They email ahead and ask for ETA and if they can answer any concerns, also do that throughout the stay. The building and room showed the same interest in the details. Room was clean (smelled, felt and looked clean) the linens were fresh and bedding / pillows silky. The rooms were large and quiet, location fantastic for WWII museum and Pascal Manale's Restaurant...could take trolly or walk, no issues. Will go there again for sure....

Front desk agents do not acknowledge you whatsoever, most are sleeping or on their phones in the lobby. We were located in a room beside a crying baby, the walls are paper thin, we didn’t get much sleep…certainly not interrupted.
Cleanliness is definitely a concern; The shower is filthy along with the carpets were there are blood stains and the couch has massive brown (?) stains. Someone had left their socks from the previous stay in the room, I’m certain the flooring wasn’t attended to between stays.
