Would love to review the rooms but we never stayed there. We got there to get the rooms and were told we had to be placed on a call list. No explanation. And when I asked how long was told no idea. We had to wait in the lobby. Our plane was late so we were tired and hungry, there was nine of us and three kids under 12. After almost two hours I was THEN told that there was a flood in the area where the rooms are and we’d not be able to get any rooms there. They then transferred us to another hotel. Why they didn’t tell us this immediately, and start the transfer process as soon as we got there? Why make us all wait 2 hours? I’d never good here again. I gave staff 3 stars only because the girl that helped us after our two hour wait was very nice. But otherwise the staff at the counter was terrible!
