The Theodore New Orleans

I had a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely beautiful.. couldn’t have asked for a better location, (walking distance to a multitude of things). And Shane was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. It was very clean, quiet & relaxing.

This place was really good and comfortable.. We had good experience staying at Theodore's New Orleans. Kids enjoyed the spacious apartment, which was clean and tidy. The apartment was renovated recently with good appliances. The apartment has secured entry with a very good grocery store down across the street. Very close to various sight seeing attractions in New Orleans. Vey calm and quiet apartment. I would recommend this place for anyone who is planning to visit New Orleans.

The Theodore hosts are accommodating and full of kindness. The location on Baronne is in a safe neighborhood with character. I needed a space where three women could have their own space and collective space so I rented a 3 bed 3 bath unit. Bookending my medical trip with some tourism, I was there for about 2 weeks for the quiet, a full kitchen, great air conditioning, in room laundry, nearby grocery, restaurants for in dining and delivery, and a CVS / Walgreens. The Theodore location provided it all and we used Uber / walked everywhere. The beds and linens are very sumptuous and comfortable. There were a couple minor maintenance / housekeeping needs that were addressed immediately. I asked if the kitchen included a blender and the host bought one and had it there when we arrived. It's a great place for families and friends with a quiet time starting at 10pm. The garbage truck and fire engine down the street were the loudest things! Thank you to the Theodore staff for all your care!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The rooms and bathrooms were huge and the view and balcony were beautiful! Very clean and quiet! Close to everything if you drive. I would definitely stay again and again. It seemed very secure but be prepared to pay for parking which wasn’t much. Truly enjoyed my birthday weekend!

Great place to stay for couples, girls trip or family getaway. Very spacious.We were there on a couples/ mother's day weekend getaway. Each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom. The host replied back in a timely manner each time I had a question. Only thing we didn't like were the lil ants.so, maybe insect control should be done, other than that the stay was GREATTTT & We'd definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at The Rosevelt. The staff is amazing- so friendly and accommodating. The location of this property is the best you’re able to walk across the street when you get there to the grocery store and the drugstore and load up your unit with what you need. That convenience is unbelievable and of course they give you a starter pack on everything coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish . The location is walkable to so many things-great restaurants, the World War II museum, the Virgin Hotel bar, which is awesome and so much more. If you’re thinking about going to New Orleans, you already know how wonderful the food is and the music and the art. It is truly a world class City and The Rosevelt puts you right smack dab in the middle of it with beautiful, convenient accommodations. (great bedding and pillows too by the way.) We will stay here every time we come -this was our second stay and we are booking our third now. We absolutely love it.

Our stay at the Theodore was great! They were very responsive and the condo was beautiful. Super close to so many restaurants within walking distance. We definitely will be back.

We stayed in a three bedroom deluxe apartment. Check-in was a breeze. The space was huge with great closets, great bathrooms, spacious living and dining room. Great location close to the quarter and smoothie King Arena, 15 minute walk to either. Morrow steak was 2 blocks away and Willa jeans is literally down the block (best fried chicken in town). A supermarket and CVS are both across the street with everything you need and more. I could not recommend this place more. We were very comfortable.
