Looked like our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. It also looked like the ceiling was going to collapse.
The tv in the room was pathetic, looked like it was from 2007. Doesn't look anything like from the pictures.
The bed was stiff as can be, woke up with back pain.
The room was incredibly hot and turning on the AC barely helped. After the end of our night, it still didn't reach the target temperature that was set.
Not sure why the reviews for this place are so positive - my recommendation would be to avoid it like the plague.

The rooms were clean but we had to move rooms due to air conditioner not working properly. We had a miserable first night due to the air conditioner. The leaking making the carpet wet. The move was an upgrade but light bulbs were burned out, many of the plug in that were part of the lights did not work, the TV would not turn on and they said they would come fix and it was never fixed.
Staff was accommodating but did not follow through with the repair of the tv

There was Zero cold water in the room. We complained twice and hey said they would "try" to fix it.
A/C was out in dining room with no fans even.

Nice quiet room and comfortable beds. We got there super late but had no problem getting checked in, except our room key took 10 tries to get it to work.
