酒店是加盟的，房間很小，床上鋪的毯子估計幾年也未換過。旁邊有個**，養着兩條狗，一有人來就汪汪叫，看起來像是地下**。酒店就是一家招待所，是我住的幾乎最差的地方。

Exceptional reception staff, Karen was very helpful and is an asset for the hotel. Restaurant was great value, with large meals. Would stay here again. Free transport to McDonald Stadium was an added benefit.

Karen and her team at The Blackbutt Inn are brilliant! They know you by name and always make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean & quiet, beds comfortable and the food delicious (especially the steak!). I often travel by myself and I feel extremely safe at The Blackbutt Inn. Thank you Karen!

Reception is through the post office and the staff were friendly and helpful from the minute you arrive. Rooms are clean and considering it is part of the pub, it is quite quiet. We had come for a friends birthday celebration in the pub so ideally situated for us with the pub closing at midnight. Would highly recommend it.

Great service, friendly staff and fantastic food. Would definitely stay again although price was a little more than others of the same quality in the same area. Overall a fantastic stay, totally recommend

Great location for what we wanted. Nothing fancy. Friendly and helpful check-in. Very clean and well-presented room. Easy parking. Hotel bistro looks a good in-house dining option. Good value for Newcastle.

A very nice hotel well located if you are going to JHH. Excellent staff, friendly, kind, knowledgeable. The rooms were fresh, clean and quiet. Great sleep. Very good restaurant in attached pub, very good food, great staff and good prices. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here three times now and each time it was great. Really nice room, amazing staff and dinner and breakfast was good too. Karen lowered the price on our last stay which was great due to the price of everything at the moment.

The friendly atmosphere we had during our stay. Easy to get to hospital from venue. Dining facilities excellent and walkable to all shopping
