A nice hotel with spacious rooms, including a kitchenette, and friendly service. A perfect location for visiting Yale. My only complaint would be that the elevators are oddly slow and only one of the two appeared to be working. All things considered, I would be very happy to stay here the next time I’m in New Haven.

格調在線的一間小型酒店，房間帶一個小廚房，自己動手做頓簡單中餐沒問題。距離Yale主校區妥妥的步行距離，兩個街區外就是Yale美術館。屬於以後還會選擇的酒店。

Clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Small equipped kitchen is a plus. Friendly staff and nice open space in lobby. Walking distance to many shops, restaurant and University. Definitely will stay again.

For the room charge, at least I would have expected a coffee machine in the room.
For the day we were the 2 restaurants were not open, no bar, and no breakfast on site.

The property is new with convenient amenities such as coffee in the lobby and restaurant on site (closed on Mondays) kind and engaging. They have removed all the coffee makers from the rooms, and the towels were like sandpaper.

The staff was amazing and the rooms and amenities were good the only issue and it may be a big one for some the water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold to the point that i actually got burned nothing horrible more akin to a mild sunburn

They had a wedding reception this weekend and our hallway was a big drunk feast hangout for those guests.
I called the Front Dest 3X, 11:30pm, 1:30pm & 3:30pm and kept being told “well there’s a wedding” (basically deal with it). NEVER AGAIN!!
