The hotel appeared to be in need of upkeep both in and outside. The outside landscaping needed ****ing. Also, we noticed that the flag pole did not display any flags. Normally a state flag and the US flag should be on a flag pole. Especially on Independence Day!
The glass in the window of our room (230) has a crack in it. The handle of the dresser drawer was off. There was mold in the bathroom around the floor base boards and tiles. I am having allergy problems since staying in that room!
On the up side, the desk clerk and food attendant were pleasant.

We have stayed here often and at other Holiday Inn Expresses. This facility has a nice staff, but the hotel itself really needs to be cleaned up and remodeled. The price is as high as most others but it doesn't seem to be keeping up with updates very well.

Staff were the best. Came for funeral they stopped and listen to me . Room clean,bed comfortable, breakfast good and hot.

They must have remodeled because it was a very nice and new looking hotel, also very clean and very clean smelling. Also the breakfast was very good!

There was kids running around the halls, stomping, yelling and running. Both on the second and third floor hallway. Went on well pass 11pm. Called front desk yet didn't do anything about it.

Only complaint was our room had a broken heater/air conditioning unit and damaged wall and TV hanger. That being said, we brought it to the hotel staff and they were very accommodating and offered a new room. Due to being settled in amd spending very little time in the room, we chose to keep the room put of convenience. The room itself was very clean and the staff was super helpful. Just some infrastructure issues that should be addressed and should keep a room from being issued out until fixed in my opinion. Ultimately, would stay here again based on the overall experience.

Comfortable room and beds. Great breakfast. Missing hair dryer and bulb burnt out around bathroom mirror.

Toilet dripped. Paint coming off some off the walls. Chair in room had stains. Expected better.
