Bathrooms are not good.
Old and plumbing is terrible.

Feedback- no room service despite a mention of 24X7 service in the room menu. Asked for tea or water bottle in room at 5:00 am during my stay. Was replied by Mr ***oranjan at Room service and Reception that not possible before 7:00 am. What kind of hotel is this ??? Owners of the hotel should wake up and check the service standards! I am not interested in any kind of excuses or apology from the hotel for the same. Shall recommend to people, NOT TO STAY HERE!! Thankyou!

Neat and clean rooms.Very tasty food and polite staff.Location is very near to metro station.Well equipped rooms.I am frequent traveler to delhi. I recommend this hotel to everyone one.Very polite staff. Breakfast has variety and good choices.

It is located at good location, opposite the Hotel Siddartha, near Rajendra Place metro. Buffet breakfast was good, it was delicious and have different varieties. Tariff of the hotel is at higher side if compare room spacing and services.

I stayed here as part of a group travel holiday. It was my first impression of India. Very average experience and not brilliant to stay in as an introduction to the country. Makeshift steps were put in place outside the entrance to the hotel as there was a flood at the front door. The curtains were a bit grubby but the bedroom was clean. The place just needed a deep clean. The kettle didn’t work We were called up preemptively -to ask if we needed to order dinner. There was no change on check out- they had to find change on the street I think. Breakfast was ok. A two star experience with no frills.

Don’t go on paid reviews guys…. Hardly you’ll get worst hotel than this… they are providing used slipper, God knows about towels and bed sheets …: if you Google it will reflect as four star but limited to there menu price only

This hotel is my first preference whenever I visit New Delhi. Breakfast has a good variety of food items and the experience is always satisfying. Rooms are clean and calm. I always have good sleep while staying in this hotel.

On arrival the room offered was filthy and the bathroom smelly. The staff felt it was ok to spray the room with air freshener. After having to de***d a different room which had been cleaned we waited 40 minutes, next room was better but nowhere close to good. Reception staff were incompetent, noone knew how much our room was or could find anyone who knew. Staff kept coming to me requesting a pin number for the bill, despite me showing them my *********** confirmation they still did not know how much to charge me. Finally just as I was booking out out they presented me with a bill for £210 for 1 night 😡 It took forever to get correct bill of £85 which is way too much for the room and breakfast which was awful. Bad location. Terrible experience Do not book, Delhi has much nicer places for less money!!

Really good option to choose for wedding stays. I had my marriage stay planned out at Amrapalli Grand hotel and the whole family absolutely loved it. The services are very good, the rooms are spacious and clean and with clean washrooms. The food from their ingouse restaurant is delicious. Everything was planned out with their ***ager Rajni mam. The functions in their banquet halls were very organised. Rajni mam is quiet helpful, polite and generous and listens & understands to our needs and caters us what is required by us. All the hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Thanks to all of them for making my wedding functions,our stay & our event successful😊♥️
