Looks good but very cold. The hotel and the room look spacious and good. The big minus outside it is 8'C in January and inside is no heater. You can switch on the aircon but that only makes it worse. A blanket is offered but that does not solve the problem of the missing heater. Dont book here in the winter months. India is colder than you think.

The hotel looks good from the outside. I stayed here for one night and G2 room in the ground floor was alloted to me. Room is overpriced as compared with the available amenities. Pros - Situated in the Pahargunj and very near to New Delhi railway station. Too ***y restaurant near by. Cons - No window. Very poor wifi. No mobile network in the room. Water leakage in the bathroom. AC is not so good & I run FAN ***** with the ac.

Worse experience ever, bar none! Don't be fooled by the pictures. This place is wretched! They froze the AC at 28 degrees, floor was dirty, box spring was grey with dirt and actually had gunk (looks like dried blood) on it. Room reeked of diesel and hurt the back of our throats. The window in the bathroom was jammed slightly open. Didn't matter though because behind the window were wires and darkness and God knows what else. The view from the room window was of a filthy corrugated lean-to and the window itself was the fithiest I've ever seen. The blind was closed when we got in the room for good reason. What a dump! To add insult to injury the internet sucks.

It was a bad experience. Toilet Flush was broken, dirty property and smelly blanket.

1. hotel is very near to New Delhi station. 2. rooms are very specious & service is also good. 3. lift facility is available 4. room need maintenance as my room was not well maintained. 5. food I did not take, so, no idea about the food quality.

The stay was ok. Not impressive but at the same time not very inconvenient. We were given room in the ground floor beside reception so most of the time people were around and also pantry is near by so we did not have a liberty to open the door whenever we like. Also, it takes ***y requests after which whatever we ask will be done. Hot water for bathing was not proper. Barely hot water was coming even after they said geyser was on. Also, hot water for dring when requested, the water was not good, it was filled with particles. After multiple requests got clear water.

Beds Clean though had seen Better days Pillows and Mattress Flat Food Breakfast good Too much Curd Coffee how the North iIndians like it too much milk Insufficient Coffee Parrata very good Dinner Generous portions of tasty well cooked food Butter Chicken the best I have had.Last Night the Lemon Chicken was great Staff; Always a little error, but so keen to put things right it was totally forgivable in fact it made my stay quite Charming ***ager Amit did a great Job and was always very helpful Hotel is in a great Position though through Covid I was unable to go out Overall it was good stay and I would Happily return to this Hotel

This is my 2nd visit in this hotel with my family. This hotel was referred by one of my friend who stayed in this hotel last month. Good, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and breakfast was also good. Good value for money

Excellent hospitality Superb cleanliness Clean rooms, good staff behaviour, good breakfast Close to railway station and metro station, hotel provide only room service but food quality is good , overall good, sure come back here again. I used to visit Delhi every month and every time I used to stay in this hotel.
